Order Processing Time

When will my order ship?

  • Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after the order is placed.
  • During high-volume periods or promotions, processing may take up to 3 business days.
  • International orders may require up to 3 business days for payment processing before shipment.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

Shipping Costs (U.S. Orders)

What is the cost of shipping within the United States?

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method.
  • We ship using USPS and UPS.
  • Typical shipping costs for small skincare items range between $5–$10.
  • Orders over $200 qualify for complimentary standard shipping within the U.S.

USPS Priority, Express & Expedited Shipping

I paid for USPS Priority Mail—when will I receive my order?

  • USPS Priority Mail orders ship within 1–2 business days after processing.
  • If you require faster delivery, please select USPS Express or UPS Next Day Air at checkout.
  • Express and Next Day orders placed before 12:00 PM (Monday–Friday) will ship the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM will ship the following business day.

International Shipping & Customs

I placed an international order and was charged customs or duties—why?

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are determined by the destination country.
  • These charges are not controlled or covered by AuraLife USA and are the responsibility of the customer.

International Tracking (USPS)

I chose USPS for international shipping and can’t track my package—what happened?

  • USPS international shipments have limited tracking and no guaranteed insurance.
  • Once the package leaves the United States, it is typically transferred to the destination country’s local postal service.
  • AuraLife USA cannot contact foreign postal services on your behalf.
  • If an international USPS package is lost or delayed, we are unable to file a claim or provide a replacement.

For international orders, we strongly recommend UPS or DHL for reliable tracking and delivery.

How can I make a payment?

Payment Issues
