At AuraLife USA, we stand behind the quality of our natural, grass-fed beef tallow skincare products. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns & Store Credit

If you wish to return an item, you may do so for store credit only within 15 days of the purchase date.

  • There is no return fee for returns issued as store credit.
  • Store credit can be used toward any future purchase on auralifeusa.com.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@auralifeusa.com with your order number.

Refunds

  • Refunds to the original payment method are subject to a return processing fee.
  • Original shipping costs are not refunded.
  • Refunds are only considered for unused, unopened, and undamaged products returned within 15 days of purchase.

Used or Opened Products

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare products:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
  • All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
  • We will assess the claim and offer a replacement or store credit, if approved

 

Product Texture, Scent & Natural Variations

AuraLife USA products are made with natural, grass-fed beef tallow and botanical ingredients.

  • Variations in texture, color, or scent are normal and do not qualify as defects
  • Temperature changes during shipping may affect consistency (this is normal for tallow-based products)

Exchanges

·         We do not offer direct exchanges

·         Once a return is approved and received, store credit will be issued

·         Store credit can be used to purchase any product on our website

Return Window

All returns must be initiated and shipped back within 15 days of the original purchase date.
Returns received outside this window will not be accepted.
